Once a week there will be a Calabrian gastronomic evening (themed evening) with Live Show Cooking outside and buffet service full of revisited typical recipes, local products, vegetables and fresh organic fruit.

During the Calabrian evening the preparation and tasting of dishes according to the most ancient traditions is planned, with the direct processing of some products by our cheese makers: fresh Ricotta and Pecorino cheese from Monte Poro, sliced meats like “Nduja” and the “Soppressata”, accompanied by the wine of our land and by the folklore of the Calabrian dances and music.

High quality raw materials, seasonal vegetables and fruit, grown in our organic vegetable gardens at 0 km, through the mastery of our farmers: from the famous Tropea red onions to vegetables such as peppers, aubergines, courgettes, tomatoes and other products of the earth.

Our land has a special climate, a beautiful ventilation: main ingredients for a kitchen, always genuine, abundant and succulent, implemented exclusively in the field to preserve the seasonality of each product.

All the vegetables and fruits of our gardens are sown patiently, cultivated and harvested by hand, and finally, served fresh for the tables of those who appreciate products treated with care and respect

On the pool, next to the restaurant, our Bar is the ideal place to relax, enjoying an ice cream, an aperitif at sunset or a sophisticated cocktail under the starry sky.

Starting from the knowledge and the choice of raw materials, our pizza professionals manage at best all stages of processing: dough, leavening, handling, seasoning and cooking.

Professionalism allows you to carry out the creation and processing of pizza and bread: will be produced at lunch and dinner pizzas, focaccia and calzoni, cooked in our wood oven and for breakfast, prepared with care every morning a rich buffet of cakes and freshly baked bread.
