WEEKLY PRICES PER APARTMENT – SEASON 2012.

ARRIVALS-DEPARTURES:
• from Saturday 04:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am.
• Accommodation must be paid in full on arrival.

INCLUDED FACILITIES:
• water, electricity, gas;
• beach service (1 beach umbrella 1 deck-chair, 1 sun bed per apartment), canoe, swimming pool with salt water/Jacuzzi and pool for children;
• from 15/06 to 08/09 day and evening entertainment (miniclub from 4 to 12 years );
• transfer from Ricadi railway Station. 
• ACCOMMODATION: all with fully equipped kitchenette, equipped terrace or patio, telephone, satellite TV, fan, safe, hairdryer. At 300 m. in a panoramic position, there are the elite accommodations "Villa Le Pinnate", "Villa Le Agave" and "Borgo Le Rocce", all with air-conditioning, sea view and close to these a fresh water swimming pool. 

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
• extra sun bed, tennis and football field, cot € 12,00 per day if it is additional to the beds in the apartment;
• excursions, sailing, boat rent 100 m away (beach side);
• bed linen € 8,00 per person per change, bath linen € 8,00 per person per change, bath linen with bathrobe € 10,00 per person per change (weekly change compulsory);
• coin washing machine;
• transfer from Lamezia Airport;
• English / Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner with menu à la carte, with meat and fish speciality in our restaurant "I Ricci" .

PETS ADMITTED:
• small pets (excluded communal places) at € 120,00 per week.

FINAL CLEANING:
• Compulsory € 50.00, for bilocale and € 60.00 for trilocale, kitchnette excluded.

EXTRA CHARGE:
• for first row Apartment € 80,00 per week periods A-B-C-D, and € 100,00 periods E-F- G (to pay on spot)

• For Elite Borgo Le Rocce Apartment  € 80,00 per week periods C-D, and € 100,00 periods E-F- G (to pay on spot)

• In the period 04/08-25/08 the apartments in the first row are available only with half or full board arrangement.


HOTEL
Daily prices per person 2012- drinking not included

• Hotel arrangement for 2 people in 2-rooms apartment Period B/C  € 12,00 supplement per person per day - Period D/E/F  min. occupancy in apartment 3 people.

• FAMILY PLAN( only in Bilo): 2 adults + 2 children up to 14 years old= 3 pay
• Full or half board in apartment (Bilocale) 3rd and 4th bed 50% discount from 2 up to 6 years, 35% discount until 14 years, over 14 years 25% discount.
• From 0 up to 2 years baby cot €12,00 per day (no meals).
• Full or half board only by a minimum stay of 3 nights.
